I did not receive much phone communication which I prefer but there was continuous communication throughout the process via email and text. Everyone from lender’s office was very pleasant and easy to work with.

Belinda and her team are motivated, hard working and customer focused. Although, email communications from multiple unexpected folks within New American can be confusing and a little frustrating.
