Everyone on her team worked hard to make our closing date, including the day of ! Everyone was super nice and very friendly. The only complaint I have was they were not very good about returning phone calls. Numerous times I would call and leave a message , but I never would get a call back. They would email me an answer rather than talk to me. I know they work really hard, but sometimes its nice to talk to a person on the other end. Other than that it was a great experience !

Tell the truth about the conditions of home. I know from experiences real estate always in a hurry to sale homes to make a profit but not realizing as me being a buyer we suffer the worst after the bad inspection come out say passed. Date closing on the house everything passed. Month later I have water leak, mold, flooding issued outside, and air conditioner went out. Now I'm coming out a lot money out of my pocket. My point is how could I pass all these inspections with these many problems

I understand that there are many things that are needed for the loan process especially using USDA. It would have been so much easier if I was told everything I needed up front instead of bits and pieces at a time. I have to work also which is how I was able to even buy the house in the first place, sounds crazy right? I wish that I would have been given an actual list on paper or emailed showing what I needed not just telling me one or two things every couple of days. Very frustrating.
