I would rate the overall somewhere between Great & Ok, but there wasn't that option. The great was how so much was done online & electronically. The cons were instances of communication breakdown that happened from both parties, me and Patty's team. Some of it was due to the national circumstances so not necessarily anyone's fault. The pro is we successfully clarified each instance. Final conclusion: We completed the loan successfully without me having to run around a lot, big positive!
