We had a mostly positive experience with Grace Jones. Grace was highly responsive and always available, which we appreciated. However, there were some issues with closing on time and last-minute requests could have been handled earlier. Despite these setbacks, Grace did an excellent job in the end and managed to successfully close the mortgage. We would recommend her services with the understanding that improvements could be made in terms of timely communication and proactive planning.
