Actually dealing directly with you Steve was absolutely fine. I believe the lines of communication could have been a little better but I received my updates from my buyers so that worked out ok with this loan.

Throughout our process we were assigned to 3 different loan advisors with no communication of the change. I discovered we had been reassigned when I had reached out for something. It would have been nice to have clear communication on who was in charge of our process and why the change had occurred. We didn’t receive bad customer service, but it just made it hard to establish a connection with someone you knew as knowledgeable and trust worthy from the interactions when it changed multiple times
