Most my experience was great. The only problem was getting the final disclosure figures on the day of closing at 11:00am and closing was 2pm. Needed to get to bank to get the certified check so left earlier to get extra and on way got final closing cost. Cutting a little to close. Overall Linda Schimoler, Chris Schouten, and Kristen Reid returned and got me the info the best they could.
