Although there were the occasional difficulties in communication and getting notices of new problems last minute Kat maintained a very professional demeanor the entire time. Though she could have easily ignored us, knowing how many problems came along she stuck with us til the end and even continued to communicate with our real estate attorney on the day of closing. Though we had issues Kat continued to fight for us and we now have a home thanks to her. Thank you Kat.

The process was stressful. Kat was easy to work with but the rest of the company was not. Delayed move in times. Handing our loan off to another lender at the last moment and telling us we would be starting over literally as we are in the uhaul traveling to a new state added massive amounts of unnecessary stress. But kat got it all figured out quickly for us.

Given the circumstances and being at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, I totally understand how things slipped. Kat did her best at the end to rectify the issues and though my overall experience was a little on the unpleasant side, their team pulled through to get my loan funded in time with no delays.
