I enjoyed having Diana Lombard as my lending agent. The problem I had didn't have anything to do with her. It was the underwriting of the loan that seemed to be disorganized. Diana was very personable, informative and always got back to me when I would call or email her any questions I had.

Honestly, I would like a little more voice time for time sensitive information requests. Email is great (and EVERYTHING done on our behalf was top notch and pleasantly surprising), but we never knew the timeline of progress, and unless we happened to check personal email, something we actually don’t do constantly, like work email, we felt a little out of the loop. Then after a lull, a time sensitive email would be sent out without a phone call follow-up... incase we were not watching email.
