I found repeated requests for the same or similar documents to be annoying and tedious. This was not helped by the fact that most of these came towards the very end of the process when I was simultaneously hospitalized for major emergency surgery and did not have access to most of what was being asked for.

Our only real complaint is we were never given the option to have the funds wired now we have to sit and keep a close eye for a very high dollar check that is coming. Makes me very uncomfortable. Other than that, not much complaints a few times I felt they were irritated with the questions but this was a new process to me. Over all they did a great job helping us
