Delilah is very nice . We fell through the cracks that caused a delay which was frustrating. Final check amounts were wrong. She made all good when she knew something had gone wrong at others hands that she said was not advised of. She apologized but it was frustrating to know if we had not asked she may have never known that people assigned had left and we were left holding . All good. Thank you Delilah.
