Devin did very well, however, there were some items missed in translation that could have been executed better. First issue was after I met with John the original person I worked with, my expectation was that we had a go forward with the next step on the load. I was a bit surprised hearing from Devin asking if I was still interested in the load. Second issue was the agreed upon closing costs that was articulated to me from the original loan officer that I had to have papers redrawn.

The biggest concern/complaint that I have is that the initial person that I was dealing with left the company on the middle of everything I was not notified. It wasn't until I started calling and asked about the status of my loan that I was notified of the orbital person left. However, once I was put in touch with Kip and Trevor we were able to close my loan within a month. Prior to that it dragged on for over two months and caused me unnecessary stress.

Scott Sheedy communicated timely and had the information needed. Lisa Chong on the other hand was very slow in responding when we were looking for updates. It would take several emails and phone calls to get a response from her. I began to copy Scott in on emails and he responded to everyone of them. I hope that this survey is asking for my overall experience and just not Scott. He did great.
