The process with Todd was great, but the DK Xpress app was a bit less convenient on our end. Loading documents and getting them onto the app seemed to take more time than a prior refinance.

Todd Biltucci was excellent - but the overall experience of working with DK was a confusing and at times distressing. The communications were not consistent and language was not carefully chosen. As a consumer I found this difficult in a very stressful and emotional process. The results were satisfactory in the end - and i do believe that Todd was doing everything possible to keep us on ttrack during the process. I also believe that the volume of sales at this particular time was a factor.
