Having communications with the same person would have been better. Was told several people would be contacting me but still surprised by the different people contacting me. Many items needed seemed redundant. The same information needed to be sent several times. Was not happy with the appraisal and would have tried to challenge it but timing was wrong. Appraisal not the fault of the mortgage company. Overall they did their job and I got the mortgage.
