Once the buyer and relator agreed to set the date for closing, the lender should commit and follow the agreement of closing date. The lender should not delay the closing date, due to lack of process the paperwork. However, I was glad that the lender finished the paperwork on time before the closing date. I personally liked Rebecca Clifford a lot because of her beautiful personality, but her work performance is O.K. Basically, she did meet my needs and expected of her.

Overall, the experience and service was good. There were a few times when I felt caught of guard with paperwork timelines, and would be contacted during work hours with paperwork that needed to be done ASAP. There was some lack of communication.

Tom answered all my crazy anxious calls, even on the weekends. He was supportive and helpful. When he needed something from me, he was specific about what he needed so there didn't have to be too much back and forth. He understood that I didn't know what I was doing and he didn't use terms I didn't understand.
