Mr. Gray and his team is professional, very knowledgeable about loan process, very responsible and working in a really fast manner. The loan applying process was quite quick and smooth. However the final mortgage rate I got is much higher than the original quote, even if I was working hard to improve my credit score.During the loan process, my score went up from 6xx to 7xx, however the mortgage rate also went up from 4.x% to 5% to 5.x%, and I had to take it at the end cuz it was too late.
