Very responsive, had a good group of people assisting with docs. My only thought would be to share a contact sheet list so that we would know ahead of time who is who. Once ball was rolling, we started receiving a high volume of emails and sometimes it was hard to tell which team various people were on.

The team is responsive. When you ask questions they are helpful. There's a lot of Jargon that is hard for the average person to understand and they explain it in a way easy and makes sense.
