More organization and maybe to create a chain of events for the customer in regards to which forms need to be signed and exactly where they will be located; Along with placing documents in numerical order with titling. There was confusion with documents looking similar, and being required to sign both, with no explanation between the two documents until we asked why they look the same. Overall, more organization and better attention to detail with catching items the first go around.
