Overall I am satisfied. I got the best rates possible and the costs were also reasonable. Yet times it was difficult not getting quicker communication. It could be improved.

Indy was able to tell me the best option for my refinance in terms of rate, loan period etc. Like some of the agents I had contacted before for refinance, Indy was not pushy and got the feel he was honest. just one complaint - I was not aware about the home insurance piece was not part of mortgage escrow like I had it before.
