This company was well intentioned but somewhat hampered by what appears to be a non-scalable process in the face of one of the largest re-financing activity we’ve seen. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and helpful but getting information was difficult at times, sometimes going days without responses. Again, I don’t blame the people using the process, I blame a process that doesn’t scale to the volume they are trying to take on. There’s the distinct hint of a WIP issue to solve.

The time it took to get everything going seemed excessive maybe it was due to covid-19 not really sure. Jarrod was extremely nice and helpful at least.

Still waiting for printed appraisal to be mailed to me. Third request. Would have liked if required documents were requested at same time.. would have prevented multiple trips to Office store, as I don’t have a printer.

Marti was great. Always very helpful. We did have some issues with the processor. We consolidated some debts. Some of the payments made were incorrect, paperwork was lost, we were not provided with all of the items needed in a timely manner, etc.
