Lack of communication between NAF and homeowner on receiving required documents or providing updated status on the loan processes. Sara requested multiple times for documents previously sent, appearing to be unorganized or forgetful. Did not clearly explain the methods or provide regulations or home buying verbiage so communication was clear. Asked personal questions, violated my right to privacy, and broke what a lender/broker can ask during the loan process, according to Consumer Protection Beauro. RA stated that she became aware that my personal information was disclosed to the seller. thus again violating my privacy rights. Not happy with her services, and did not appear to be a subject matter expert and would not do business again with NAF.
