Kellie and Margie, my processor, were overall lovely to work with, and my experience was good. Sometimes it was tough to reach people on the phone, even though they had emailed me moments earlier, which was a little frustrating. My closing was delayed by a week, and my realtor was the primary person sharing information with me, and that was fine, but I wish I'd had more communication about that from New American as well about how that was going. Again, overall positive experience.
