Quynh had a great level of communication, however a lot of the process was out of his control and the team handling it failed to communicate. On numerous occasions I had to dig for information concerning key steps of the loan process. For this I rate my overall experience as just ok. Quynh kept it from being unsatisfactory. Make sure all of your employees are communicating with the client at all times.
