Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional. The staff was nice but I had to make corrections on the application for them, also, the questions about our ethnicity stated we declined to answer when in fact no one asked. The and the flood cert was showing an areal view which was incorrect. When I asked about it and told them it was incorrect they said that I was still in a flood zone. No other explanation or corrections.

The beginning of the process went great and Patrick was very helpful, he did an exceedingly great job. However, it took almost three weeks longer than what was on our contract because the underwriter continued to need to review the appraisal and then they were asking for documentation from our builder a few days before we were supposed to close. I feel this would not have taken as long had we been dealing with a local bank.

It would be nice if there was a step between great and just ok. Service was better than just ok. Our only real "complaint" was when Zach was no longer our point of contact we started having a harder time getting information as he was reachable via text and always had answers for us. I would not say we had any negative feelings about working with NAF on securing a home lone though.
