The closing was set up at my home. The notary called me the day before the closing and said I needed two forms of ID and bank information. I had photo ID bank information she took a picture of my ID and I said I have my bank information right here she said I don't need that. Then I get checks five days later then bank puts ten day hold on checks. It has made it more difficult to distribute funds. Not happy

The loan experience was not difficult and was quick. It was digital we did not have to print out forms. I would have liked to get digital updates on loan status while in the process of getting the loan. Overall I am happy it was nice working with New American Funding. Thank you.
