The documentation process needs severe improvement. Each loan disclosure copy I received had numbers in different places within the document, which was extremely confusing to read as a first-time homebuyer. There also seems to be confusion in regards to who removes certain closing fees. I was told that is the closing attorney's responsibility, but that information was incorrect and as a result, I have to be reimbursed for something that should have been removed to begin with.

Our communication at the beginning of the process was great but as the process got closer to the end there were some instances where it took a day or more to get in touch or receive requested information. However, advice and all assistance was very helpful.

Communication through email was addressed to the wrong name on more than one occasion. I had to complete the same for referring to credit three different times. One of the questions on that form was asking me to explain a credit check that was done by your company for the refinance. (Confusing as to why you didn't know that the credit check listed was by your company). Otherwise all was good.
