The underwriters office seemed to drop the ball on my loan. I believe the first Person had to be replaced with another Person to finish the job. I had to call to see what was going on Mr Maxfield Was very pleasant and tried to Always be helpful.

The problem wasn't with Bailey. The communication to close my loan with the notary was terrible. They failed to recognize the time zone difference causing me to make a lot of phone calls and having to leave work trying to coordinate everything.
