The experience was "memorable"; just not in the way you wish it to be from the above statement. Jason was great to work with! He Answered our questions and answered phone calls promptly. He Got us started quickly! His team became a little overwhelming. We weren’t ever sure who exactly to talk to when we had questions. We understood our loan process would go through many different hands but sometimes we felt too many different hands made it difficult for our questions to be answered because no one knew what the other person had said. This particular problem made it frustrating and stressful the 1 business day before closing. Jason answered our questions a few hours after our confusion and frustration and made everything ok. Overall we had a good experience. Our only complaint was the several people over our loan who weren’t all on the same page.
