Nicole rarely if ever responded directly to emails and/or calls made/sent directly to her. She would have someone or her staff to do this on her behalf which left the impression that she was either too busy or not engaged in the transaction. We were also not immediately notified of a low appraisal. This information came from the Listing Agent. With this said, the original closing date was met, the Buyers were pleased with their interest rate and the lender credit toward closing costs.
