What made my experience great was the support everyone working with me gave me to get through it. It was times I thought that I wasn’t going to get my place and that I was doing it all for nothing, but they actually encouraged me and let me know things can change in the last minute. The communication was good. They made sure if I had questions or concerns they were able to answer them.

I get comfortable and in the loop the entire process. I was offered different options with details to back it. I was a little disappointed that you can’t use local programs or they weren’t offered when using a larger company.
