The experience was fine actually very good, the only issues i had were with the appraiser, she was very unprofessional, didn't respond to email or calls, this is an appraiser that your company picked for me to use, i was at her mercy. this loan took way longer then it should have taken.

It took way to long for this loan. Plus there was more communication between my husband and everyone on your end then there was with me, even though I’m on the loan. And Tara, well she never called me back from talking to her on the night we were signing closing documents. Everyone is extremely nice and knowledgeable but communication was poor, at least with me. I was an after thought.
