We got great response to all questions. I would have like to paperwork before signing day. We had changes so we did not see final paperwork and lady with signing only gave paper to sign. She told us what it met but that is it.

It went really smooth... almost too smooth. Once the application was filled out, it was just a waiting game with little to no communication until it was time for the notary.

If you guys would have physical made your self present at the closing maybe there would have been better communication between mortgage rep and the title company. 9 hrs is not acceptable or professional what so ever I understand delays but 9 hrs, really.. extremely disappointed!!!!

I appreciate that Tania followed up with me after having a challenging moment in hearing some of the numbers. She helped reassure me that it was normal because I am not used to doing this every day so that was comforting.
