Ericka Maravilla ignored all of my calls, was not communicating clearly on how and when I could meet the Notary, and NAF failed to tell me that my wife, who had nothing to do with the closing, had to also be present to sign the paperwork. My wife was leaving for Texas just 2 days later for an extended amount of time and we almost missed her. This is not common knowledge. You guys are supposed to be professionals who do this every day, and it is your job to communicate those important nuances clearly.
