The willingness of the team to help guide me and my family through the loan process. The team was there from start to close. Completing this process during a pandemic made it extremely challenging. Devin was great, very professional and a good communicator. The process was frustrating because each step took so long. Much of that was out of his control, it was just frustrating as the client for things to take so long. Overall I would definitely recommend Devin.
