My experience with Linzy in the beginning was excellent! She was very communicative & thorough, as well as walked me through numbers on the phone several times. The communication was so thorough, that I thought Linzy was my 'go-to' for the whole process. Sort of like a car salesman, they walk you through the whole thing till you drive off the lot. This was not the case. As soon as my file went to the escrow officer department, the communication was significantly reduced. If I didn't ask how the progress was going, I wouldn't be told unless they were asking me for docs. I also had to provide a couple items twice, & clarify things a few times. My suggestion to Linzy on room for improvement would be if you only close the 'initial bite' on the file, let the customer know that after it goes to the new dept., they won't be working with you 'as much' during the process. OR maybe check-in with the customer along the way to let them know your still around. I find that if Linzy was involved on more of my transaction as it moved through the channels, I think my overall experience would have been better because Linzy really did a great job on the parts she was responsible for.
