I didn’t say it wasn’t memorable and it definitely wasn’t horrible. We have excellent credit and payment history, and we felt that more consideration could have been given. This is not against Scarlett because she did what she could to expedite our process and kept us informed.

Rate was higher due to delay in paperwork. Loan was sold, when I asked specifically if they sold their loans; this is not a major thing but strange that was told 1 thing that was clearly not true.
