It was a very good experience. The parts of the experience I found upsetting--including having to pay to take a course to a take out a loan that I'm assuming is for first-time buyers who are also low-income--Greg was very helpful with. I still think the process overall could be more transparent, but Greg was also around to answer my questions and explain where my loan was until it was approved.
