All interactions were professional, accurate and prompt. One aspect of the process was challenged: As we approached closing, Chrisitine mentioned that I would be receiving wiring instructions again (so I believed them to be new/different and waited for them). As soon as I received them I wired the funds from BOA and emailed Christine that I had. A couple of days later, we executed the closing. After we left, shortly before close of business, I received a phone call stating the funds had not been received. I departed the state for a business trip a day late, because I was tracking down missing funds AFTER closing was complete rather than days earlier when I emailed that they had been wired. This was the only negative interaction in the whole process, but it was a little more significant than many of the positive ones unfortunately. Additionally, the wiring instructions are clear about wiring, however, BOA online within "wire funds" provides three options: Zelle, Wiring (received w/in 48 hours) and Wiring immediate (received w/in 24 hours for an additional fee). Since I was sending well in advance I chose the second option. It is now clear that that wiring option is not compatible with your bank and only the third wiring option ended up working. You are likely to run into this problem again with BOA online users. Whereas your wiring instructions are clear, BOAs definition if "wiring" in their first option must be different than yours.

After being submitted to underwriting it took to long. They kept wanting more and more information and some of it was redundant and it took to long to close.
