From the very beginning Steve and Gabby have been amazing! My Husband and I were going through our first time home buying process and we were not familiar with the process and things that we need to consider when buying a home. Steve was great in providing details of process and Gabby was also amazing in answering my questions whatever time of day. Also being able to have a bilingual lender helped my husband a ton through this process. I can not thank them enough for helping us find our home to build memories with our family.

Joe and Brenda were wonderful and extremely responsive given that I was new to the process and not knowledgeable about all components of the house purchase. When I received incorrect information about my closing costs, that became an extremely stressful time for me as I thought I was no longer able to purchase my home. My suggestion would be to not autorelease this kind of critical information without walking through it directly with your client in real time. I also don't recommend that info be released on a major holiday. Had I kept going with the virtual document signing, would I have been liable for the much higher closing costs? It all worked out in the end, luckily but not without a day of uncertainty and panic on Thanksgiving. I thought I had completely misunderstood all the scenarios and estimates up to that point. Brenda and Joe scrambled to get me the correct info and I appreciated that in order to make the adjusted close date. Thank you.
