Aaron was really good. When I reach out to him for help, he answered my questions or got back to me quickly. Friendly, helpful, and seemed willing to work for me. I felt that the cost was high and if I had more time to work through the process I would have gone elsewhere. I was a current New American customer and thought I might have gotten a better rate or fee because of that fact. Communication was rough along the way. Aaron told me a case processor should have been keeping me in the loop but it turned out i was not receiving progress information thus had to continually contact Aaron to understand the status of the transactions. Although he was helpful it would have been better to get the information proactively rather than on request.

There was an account number mishap between notary and finance resulting in a wire transfer hold up for a week. Not anything Amanda could have done or prevented.
