Communication was great until the end when it was time to remove long contingency per the legal binding contract no one would respond. Contingency was to be removed 17 days after acceptance of the offer.

Unfortunately, Greg was not able to help us get a loan but he did give us information to help us along our home buying adventure. He was very up front and honest which I appreciated so that neither of us wasted the others time. In the end, I did end up finding a lender who was able to help me more that Greg and his staff.
