Unfortunately, Greg was not able to help us get a loan but he did give us information to help us along our home buying adventure. He was very up front and honest which I appreciated so that neither of us wasted the others time. In the end, I did end up finding a lender who was able to help me more that Greg and his staff.

Matthew was good to work with but it was a frustrating experience working with others involved. We at one point received the email stating we were all set and in funding then the next week we weren’t sure if we were going to be able to close at all and needed more documentation. We stayed with New American, even after getting a couple lower rates, due to the customer service we received from Matthew in the beginning but regretted our decision at the end of the process due to the poor customer service we received.
