I have given the feedback about the areas of dissatisfaction to Scott Sheldon. As a business owner I realize it takes a team of individual people to deliver a product. The thing that stood out the most was hearing that the team member "Shayna" that left NAF had OUR FILES. Last I checked most agencies are networked using data bases that are linked. And even if this individual took the copies of "her files" and left the building, there should have been other copies or a backup or something. For crying out loud, we've got a robot on Mars, can we get some files together folks? Bottom line is it seemed like some people were using the departure of this employee as an excuse for delays that in my experience were completely avoidable. This loan process started months ago. And yes some of the data that I provided last year had expired and was replaced with current data, this we know. That's not what I am referring to here. Then when the day finally came for "funding", NAF requested an extension of escrow for one more day. Seriously??? When I asked why this was happening Scott said "it didn't get funded because the builder didn't send the title addendum to extend the close of escrow". (quoted) Maybe I am wrong but the builder Palomar said it was NAF that requested the extension in the first place, not Palomar. This is not an attempt to discredit Scott Sheldon or any other team member. It is solely an explanation of what happened and an opportunity to give feedback in an attempt to prevent others from going through the same things we did. Todd Felciano
