Our closing date/appt was missed by title-not Joe’s fault, but super inconvenient nonetheless. There were long periods of time where O heard nothing from the loan processor, and some overlooked docs sent by me via email. These additional docs looked over caused probably a week delay. I was very straightforward about my timeframe for closing the loan and was assured it would happen. The time frame was ultimately stretched due to some delays/oversights once the loan went into processing. Overall, pleased with the outcome, but hoping this review helps clear up some shortfalls for future transactions.

There was a chance is our cash out amount and no one communicated this to us. We found out about the change in the cash out while we were signing our documents. After the initial application we were handed off to another person and her communication was not the best.
