Brian was great to deal with, very communicative and pleasant. However, Tiffany was far from that. The loan was dragged out, with zero explanation from her. Almost 100% of the emails I sent to her, went unanswered or unresponsive. When dealing with that much money, your customer just wants a status update. I nearly pulled out from the deal multiple times, simply because I had no clue what was going on. Brian would step in and try to answer when he could. Overall, my experience with her lacked so poorly, it would deter me for any future collaborations.
