Overall the communication and process went pretty smoothly. Only hiccup was with my employment issue and making sure we had the correct documents. Doug was a great partner to work with and really looked out for our best interest when it came to our funding for our loan. Would definitely recommend.

The approval was quick. Phat trued his best ti stay in communication and made himself available when possible. Otbrr tgibgs that was out of his control he at keast made an attempt to resolve. I have reffered persons to Phat already due to my experience.
