Calling the customer instead of just emailing, we are dealing with a lot of money and trying to understand it all especially when your new to purchasing your first home, would nice to understand it all if someone would just call make the customer get what's going on. This whole process was nerve wrecking. Also, if the lender could please make sure to their research before the customer loses a lot of money when it comes down to an appraisal fee.
