Steve was wonderful and supporting the whole time. And is a great person however underwriting was terrible and slow as was the appraiser. This loan took three months to put together and so.e of underwriting requirements made no sense. They insisted on paying of some credit cards and mailed us checks. But they took so long approving our loans they sent us checks to pay off credit cards we paid off and no longer even had. Plus they spent 20.00 fedexing us a package of checks to mail out to creditors they had all the info on when they could have saved your company money by throwing them in 32 cent envelopes and just mailing them to the card companies themselves

Carlos attempted to be very helpful, however the multiple times throughout the process I needed to find the documents and provide them when they were suppose to have been done by the lender. At the very end emails were not responded to 3 times and took a 2nd email to get a reply, while the beginning of the process was great as the end neared it left a lot to be desired.

I had a large file to send regarding a family trust. I was not able to send as a complete file. I think if I could of used a drop box or some other cloud sharing service, I would of been able to send a complete file instead of getting asked to send requested sections over three different days. Overall, my experience with Aurora was great.

My experiences with Marq were positive; however, the overall process of getting the final funding and money for closing was delayed 2 times and this caused a great deal of stress as we were planning on moving as soon as closing occurred. So, our move was delayed by 2days. It was very frustrating.
