We had a lien on our property from a loan that had been paid off a long time before. We were unaware of the lien and getting that cleaned up took longer than it should have. The main problem was with the bank that had the lien but I thought New American could have done more. We ended up losing our lock and ended up with a higher interest rate. This was not a problem with Sanjay Verma at all. We felt he did a good job.
