Communication towards the end of process was not very consistent to keep me informed. Such as that the original close date would push out was not communicated until the evening before. the 2 key people in charge of my loan were out at the same time in the last few weeks of the process. I would have felt better having a back up continuing the work on the loan. When reaching out to the manager left as contact, no return call or email was received back. Not having consistent communication in the last part of this process made it very stressful.

We should have been informed up front that the initial numbers we received for our Pre-Qual were for Sno-King-Pierce only, and that other numbers applied for all other counties.
