Megan was great and a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated all her effort. This issue is the one above her, Samuel, he does not communicate at all and really confused my client and me. Communication is key in this business and if someone in the organization does not return calls and keep your client in the loop and comfortable, it is time to look for a new lender that can! If Megan goes to another company I would be more then happy to use her again but not at the place she is currently working!
