Initially there was a lot of communication then it almost diminished. Mtg. Interest rates drop during the time that it took to close the mortgage and I felt that there was an opportunity to reduce the locked in rate a tad. Closing costs Initially disclosed and agreed upon increased afterwards and in my opinion due to lack of knowledge on lenders behalf should not have been reflected in my final closing agreement.
