My experience felt like a numbers game and the processor, Jourdan Sheppard, was impossible to contact. She did not answer her phone one time throughout the entire process, unlike Gabriella, who made herself available.

I barely heard from Charles Jemnez at all verbally. If I spoke to him twice answering the phone that was about it. I got a few emails from him. But I think the reason is because his staff of Trixia and Hannah is out outstanding! Trixia was great to deal with in the beginning of the process and then I was passed over to Hannah. Hannah is a ABSOLUTE WONDERFULLY HELPFUL, PATIENT AND K8ND PERSON WILL TO DO WHATEVER SHE COULD TO HELP ME AND MAKE THE PROCESS GO SMOOTHLY! I cannot tell you strongly enough what A total gem of employee that you have there. This woman will go out of her way above and beyond to help you get things done and she does it with a smile in her voice and kindness in her heart. Honestly she is the most professional and best person I have ever dealt with in my 64+ years of doing business with companies. She should be commended and given a raise honestly because she is that great. I hope you realize what a asset she truly is. Not taking away from Trixia at all but I dealt with Hannah through the most complex part of the process and they both made it easy. But Hannah is a special person I can tell that for sure. I have nothing but good things to say about that office is that office and staff. A+++ rating from me.
